[BOT]Hostage Situation

Unstable man has taken a hostage in Central Park, He has Barricaded himself and the hostage in the public Toilets. All Windows are barred. Roof is a wooden Structure, although would require work to be able to gain access to it.
A Street Unit has already tried to gain access to the building, but were met with fire from what is thought to be a Revolver.

Current Units On Scene:
6 Street Cops. (Unit 1A) (Unit 1B) (Unit 1C)
2 Response Cops. (Unit 2A)
Ambulance Crew.
Ryan (Admin) - Ford F250L - (Unit Sheriff)
Max Power - GMC - (Unit Com'd)

I am now on scene and Assuming Control, Unit 1A, Cordon off the area, and move all Civillians Out of the area.

HQ, I am requesting the Assitance of 2 more Traffic Units to Help Cordon and seal the area.

Traffic units now on scene, Unit 1B keep the traffic flowing on the main road, 1C, Help with the cordoning.

The man is so far staying Calm, and the Hostage is fine.

Response Team, Setup and Be ready to open fire if i command it, Be aware that the Suspect is holding a Hostage.

I am attempting to call the Suspect on his mobile phone number that is recorded on the Police Database. He has a previous Conviction of Arson, but was excused on Counts of Mental Health. He was told to participate in Therapy, but after two sessions stopped going back and disappered.
We have no Idea of the Hostages Identity, Just that she is Female.

I have just contacted the suspect, He said that he would come out if we promised not to arrest him and let him walk...
We cant do that, Hes a Fugitive with Mental Problems.

We know the Suspect is a Mentally Unstable man by name of Gordon Swarvoski, originally of Russian Origin. He is armed with what is thought to be a revolver.
We still have no more information on the Female Hostage.

Primarily apart from the hostages safety is that gun if its a revolver it should hold around 6 bullets, we should try something like making him run out of ammo in some way

Yes, but he had shot at the street unit, firing off 5 shots, meaning he has only one bullet left, although he may be carrying more ammo. But then again, this attack seems to be committed on the spur of the moment.

Ok, We could Call him again, and tell him that he can leave without being arrested. But have you, and the Response cops by the walls to put a bullet or two in his thighs, but then there is the risk of him falling and shooting the girl.

Ok, Im going to request a mobile Armoury Down here, get you and Unit 2 Shark Assault Rifles, and Me the SSW Variant, Mainly just to draw his attention to me. There will be no firing of the SSW. Ill get Velocity Reducers put on the Sharks too, so the bullets dont go straight through his legs, just disable them temporarily.
