Reporting of Crimes.

Anybody who wants to report a crime, please follow this procedure,

Subject, Please put in whether you are a Police Officer or Not and the Nature of Crime by doing the following:

In Subject: [Police|Civilian] Robbery at Liquor Store.

In the Message Body: Elaborate more on the Crime, Whether they are armed, and how many Hostiles there are.
Then also Provide a Link to the Crime's Topic.
